3/1 ARM

Current Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is #3_1_ARM_MORTGAGE_APR#. The APR example is based on a loan amount of $300,000, maximum Loan to Value (LTV) of 80.00% and monthly payments of principal and interest (P&I) in the amount of #3_1_ARM_MORTGAGE_PAYMENT1# for payments 1 through 36, followed by monthly payments (P&I) of #3_1_ARM_MORTGAGE_PAYMENT2# for the remaining 27-year period. The interest rate is subject to increase at the end of the 3-year fixed rate period. Your interest rate may be adjusted annually thereafter and will be based on an index plus a margin. The index is the one-year London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) as published in The Wall Street Journal. Contract rate and APR effective as of 11/19/2009.

5/1 ARM

The interest rate is subject to increase after the first five years and annually thereafter, based on an index plus a margin.
