Account Profile		Separate qualified escrow accounts for each transaction. Flexibility to split interest with the individual account per the instruction of the Qualified Intermediary. Qualified escrow agreement executed by Qualified Intermediary, Taxpayer and Charter One. Account oversight and monitoring by our Institutional Services Group. Convenient Internet access. Disbursement by wire through dual authorization of the qualified intermediary and the taxpayer. 1099-INT year end reporting.
