Q: How do I earn 10 points for every $1?
A: As a Charter One credit cardholder, you will automatically earn 10X points for every $1 spent on gas, grocery and drug store purchases for the first 90 days after opening an account. After 90 days, you can earn up to 3 Everyday Points for every $1 spent on credit card purchases based on your Charter One relationships. All you need is a Charter One Everyday Points Debit Card enrolled online at http://www.charteroneeverydaypoints.com or enrolled at your local branch. Once your debit card is registered, you can then earn 2 Everyday Points for every $1 spent on credit card purchases. You can earn an additional point with a qualifying savings or money market account. That is a total of 3 Everyday Points for every $1 spent in credit card purchases!

Q: How long will it take to process my application?
A: In most cases, it takes two weeks. However, it may take up to 30 days to process your application.

Q. How can I make balance transfers with my card?
A: It’s easy. Just use the Balance Transfer checks in your Welcome materials. You may also go online or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-711-8585 for more information.
Q: Will any balance transfer(s) I make appear on my next statement?
A: Balance transfers can take up to four weeks to process. Continue to pay the minimum monthly payments on the accounts you designate until the balance transfer payments appear as credits on those accounts.
Q. What if I ever have a question or concern about my card?
